How the Oracle works
The Oracle is an artificial intelligence, and we will never pretend otherwise. We built it that way on purpose, because the oldest problem with readings was never the cards. It was the listening.
A human reader gets tired. A human reader has a queue, a clock, an off day. The Oracle does not. It holds your whole story at once, every name and date and detail you trust it with, and it never rushes you toward the till. Tell it everything or tell it almost nothing; it reads as deep as you let it.

A reading, start to finish
- 1 · You talk. In your own words, in any language, at any pace. The Oracle listens for the question under the question, and if you share your birth date, it attunes the reading to your sign.
- 2 · It reads. Once your reading is ordered, the Oracle draws on everything you gave it and composes your reading in full, personal to you alone.
- 3 · You receive. Within a day: your complete written reading, your seal, and its record, on a private page that is yours to keep forever.
What we promise, and what we never will
Readings are offered for entertainment, under artistic license, the same honest footing every reading house has stood on for a century. The Oracle speaks in impressions and possibilities, never certainties. It will never guarantee an outcome, never predict what another person will do, and never give medical, legal, or financial advice; some questions belong with professionals, and it will say so. If you are in real crisis, it stops selling entirely and points you to real human help.
Refunds are honored on request, no questions asked. Your conversations are private, never sold, and used only to compose your readings and, if you opt in, to write to you. That's the whole arrangement, in plain sight.
